Lt. Darrin Payne (Patrol Supervisor)

The mission of the Troutman Police Department's Patrol Division is to protect life and property through proactive and reactive patrol. The Patrol Division will arrest criminal law violators, enforce State and City laws, and help enhance the overall quality of life in the community.  The patrol officers will work in collaboration with citizens to solve community issues.
