PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Town of Troutman Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing at Town Hall, 400 N Eastway Dr, Troutman, NC on the 31^st day of January, 2012 at 4:30pm for the following purpose:

Variance (VAR-12-01)

To consider approving a Variance for a drive thru menu sign for an operation known as Bojangles (located at approximately 1066 Charlotte Hwy in Troutman, PIN 4740838203).

The Variance request in its entirety is available for public viewing during normal business hours at Town Hall. All interested parties will have an opportunity to speak at the public hearing. The Town of Troutman Board of Alderman will hold their Annual Planning Retreat on Friday, February 17^th beginning at 9:00 a.m., and Saturday, February 18^th, 2012 beginning at 9:00 a.m. at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church located at 225 Morgan Street, Troutman, North Carolina.
